Description: The City is collaborating with local restaurants and Goodwill of the Finger Lakes, 211/Lifeline to provide free meal delivery to city seniors age 55 and older with barriers to accessing nutritious and culturally appropriate foods. To be eligible, seniors must meet one of the following criteria:
Live in a qualified census tract. (Call 211 to determine if your address is in a qualified area).
Live in an income qualified housing
Be an active recipient of any of the following:
Medicaid
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
Medicare Part D Low-income Subsidies
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
Section 8 Vouchers
Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
